These consolidated appeals are from the final decree of the trial court disposing of two related actions between appellant, Gerald J. DHuy, and appellee, Polly Ann DHuy, formerly husband and wife. Both actions concerned wifes right to continue to receive certain monthly payments pursuant to their pre-divorce property settlement agreement despite her post-divorce cohabitation with another man. The trial court determined that wife was entitled to continue to receive the payments as required by the parties agreement. We affirm.
